Shading options ( blackout, dim out, and computer environments)
Wash-ability (sponge dry, hand wash and occasionally machine wash)
Mildew inhibitors (for damp environments)
Flame retardants
Heat reflecting coatings are also available and increasingly manufactures are proving thermal efficiency ratings.
